The Hook-Tech Mail-Merge for BisTrack allows you to create HTML based e-mail templates and SMS message templates and merge them with any data from your database, allowing you to create individual, responsive and elegant e-mails or SMS messages to your customers, suppliers, or even staff members.

E-mail/SMS lists can be scheduled to run at certain times of the day/week/month or they can be trigger based lists such as order confirmations, special orders received in to stock, or anything else you can think of!   ​

There is a full audit of e-mails and SMS messages sent from the system and options to re-send failed transactions.  The e-mail audit keeps the HTML data so you can see exactly what was sent.
